We're seeking a Technical Support expert to join our aviation service provider in Australia. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of their IT support efforts, providing comprehensive assistance for end-user technology.


Skills and Experience Required:


  • Demonstrated expertise as a Technical Support specialist within enterprise environments.
  • Proven experience in frontline IT Service Desk roles.
  • Strong technical proficiency with handson experience in:
  • Active Directory (including Group Policy and Azure)
  • Office 365 & Azure (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, with a focus on Compliance & Discovery)
  • Service Management Toolsets (such as KACE)


  • Operating Systems

  • Windows, iOS
  • Managing various endpoints like PCs, Tablets, VDI, and Printers
  • Mobile Device Management for endpoints (e.g., AirWatch)
  • Network infrastructure including Routers, Switches, and cabling
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Desirable qualifications in ITIL v3 or v4 and/or Service Delivery.
  • Additional certifications such as CompTIA, Microsoft, Cloud, or Cisco/Meraki are highly valued.
This is a permanent onsite position requiring full vaccination in compliance with COVID-19 safety regulations.
