About the role

Our RN's are valued and very important to us. Working with our dedicated and amazing RN's, , you will provide holistic care and deliver best practices in person-centred care. You will lead our care team to deliver safe and effective consumer choice and clinical care to our residents. In this role, you will also be responsible for ensuring that our residents receive the care they need with dignity, respect and involving them in all decisions about their health.

Job Location - Randwick

Shift - AM,PM and Night shifts

What the essential requirements for the role are:

Bachelor's Degree in nursing
Current Registration with AHPRA.
Minimum 12 months experience as a Registered Nurse in an aged care setting
Excellent clinical knowledge
Excellent documentation skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Computer skills
Experience and ability to coordinate services, supervise staff as well as in-charge experience
Ability and willingness to work across all shifts (AM, PM, and night)
Three doses of COVID-19 Vaccination
Current Influenza Vaccination
