$71.00 to $95.00 p/h ex super

About the role:

This role will use existing communications channels and research to guide strategic and tactical approach to negotiations.

Duties

Ensuring consistency of all messaging associated with the Enterprise Agreement negotiations across all internal communication channels
Working cooperatively and collaboratively with internal stakeholders
Internal communications tasks as directed
Appropriate management of time and workload to ensure both delivery and quality of the responsibilities

Required experience/skills

Extensive experience in internal communications
Formal qualifications in a communications and/or related field such as journalism or public relations
Demonstrated experience developing and implementing strategic communications plans
Demonstrated experience in providing high level strategic advice to executives and senior managers
Ability to work independently, ensuring work is delivered in a timely manner with strong attention to detail
