This is an exciting opportunity for a Case Advisor with experience in Aged Care or Community Services that is looking for an organisation that prides on giving opportunities to progress and develop as well offering the chance to work autonomously.


  • A leading community care provider is currently seeking a Case Manager to with aged care experience to join their dedicated home care team in Northern Beaches

The ideal Case Advisor will possess the following:

  • Certificate IV in Aged Care/Community Services or equivalent (minimum)
  • Previous experience in Home Care/Community/Aged Care
  • Current driver's license
  • Intermediate computer skills including MS Office #health
