Team Leader - Food Manufacturing
Tip Top Bakery Springwood
(Full-Time)
We are a leading food manufacturer offering rewarding career opportunities, a supportive team environment and continuous learning and development.


There are two shifts available with the shift patterns of:1) Morning shift on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday morning and Night shift on Friday.
2) Afternoon and Night Shifts from Wednesday to Saturday

  • Previous experience within a similar role within an FMCG company
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to effectively manage a team
  • Good communication, literacy, and numerical skills with ability to confidently liaise with management and employees
  • Knowledge of GMP and HACCP
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment
  • Be result orientated without compromising Safety or Quality
  • Flexible working hours required
  • Basic computer skills as data entry will be required
