The Opportunity*We currently have an opportunity for a Trade Marketing Manager to join our Consumer Healthcare team on permanent basis.
Reporting to the Consumer Healthcare Marketing Director the primary purpose of this position is bring to life iNova Consumer brands in-store and across key shopper touchpoints through leading and executing Consumer Healthcare Trade Marketing strategies.
- _Working closely with the Sales and Marketing team key accountabilities of this role include:
- Delivering best in class point of sale (POS) solutions including clearly defining visibility priorities and key shopper touchpoints by brand
- Ensuring alignment of instore activations with brand strategic priorities and objectives
- Leading instore launch programs for major innovation launches and winter brands in conjunction with sales and marketing
- Developing compelling sales tools for the field sales team
- Collaborating with marketing to translate key brand messages into impactful shopper messaging that can be used across instore programs
- Leading Shopper Research projects and instore strategies based on research and insights
About You
To be successful in this position you will possess a relevant degree qualification in business, marketing or communications along with three or more years' experience in a similar trade marketing or brand management position.
Key to your success in this role is your strong exposure to trade marketing, attainted within FMCG, Grocery or Pharmacy Channels.
Other key requirements for this role include proficiency in Microsoft, Sharepoint - experience with scan data is preferred. You will also possess excellent communication skills and a collaborative "can do" attitude.The ability to handle multiple tasks/projects with adherence to deadlines is also key for this role as is your strong attention to detail and high-level organisational skills.
