Their dynamic team of approximately 50 professionals, supported by specialised offshore teams, serves a diverse client base including high-net-worth individuals, SMEs, large corporations, ASX listed, and international companies across various industries.

The Opportunity:

As a Manager in the Business Advisory division, you will play a pivotal role in leading a team dedicated to managing client relationships and workflows, ensuring the delivery of high-quality advisory services


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Working closely with partners to lead, manage, and mentor your team.
  • Being the primary point of contact for a diverse range of clients, fully immersing yourself in their businesses.
  • Managing a significant portfolio of clients and growing your fee base.
  • Providing general and advanced tax compliance and advisory services.
  • Utilising your indepth knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and industry trends to provide strategic insights and solutions.
  • Facilitating the professional growth of junior staff through guidance and support.

Required Qualifications & Experience:


  • You will be CA/CPA qualified with a minimum of 7 years' broad experience in business services within the Australian industry.
  • Exceptional teamwork and collaboration.
  • Strong organisational skills and selfmanagement.
  • Effective interpersonal skills and adaptive communication.
  • Proven business and financial acumen.
  • Experience in leading a team, with a focus on delegation and mentoring.
