As our copywriter, you'll be working directly with our Marketing Manager to:

Strategise and plan new campaigns, both internally and for our clients (coming up with new hooks and angles to test)
Continually split test, and "compete against yourself" to get even better results the longer the campaign goes on (we breathe numbers and data here)
Create, measure and manage campaigns across the awareness, consideration, and conversion stages (how do we get more leads, and turn those leads into long term clients?)

Ultimately, it comes down to this...
We do GREAT work for our amazing clients (we know because our clients TELL us), but we need more capacity to grow and make an even bigger, more positive impact on the world

What We're Looking For In Our Copywriter:

Knowledge, experience, and PASSION for Digital Marketing, content marketing, demand generation/lead generation, and customer engagement
Excellent verbal, written, and visual/presentation skills in English (native speakers only)
A passion and talent for direct response copywriting
A growth mindset with a willingness to embrace new challenges
A strong work ethic, with a "can do", solutions focused attitude
Attention to detail is VERY important in this role, especially as you may be the final "check" before campaigns are launched or "go live".

This is a full time role that will be based out of our Chatswood office.

Our office is 2 mins walk from Chatswood train station, and there are plenty of great cafes, restaurants, and other amenities in the area.

Salary:
$70, $100,000.00 per year
