THE FIRM
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the human resources team of a global law firm. This role is based in Perth and will provide administrative support to the Human Resources team.
THE ROLE
This is the perfect opportunity for a junior HR personnel looking to gain more experience in the HR field
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with recruitment administration
- Preparing all staff mobilisation documentation
- Preparation contracts and other paperwork including internal and external notifications relating to staff appointments
- Assisting the HR team with health and wellbeing initiatives
- Assisting the HR team with other administrative and confidential duties as required including scanning and efiling
THE CANDIDATE
In this role you will be required to demonstrate:
- At least one year's experience in a HR administration or HR graduate role
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- An enthusiastic and motivated individual
- A high level of confidentiality and professionalism
- A relevant tertiary qualification will be highly regarded
