Reporting to the General Manager Works Delivery, this is a pivotal role within the Service Delivery Portfolio.
As the Group Coordinator of Works Delivery you will be responsible for:
assisting the Service Delivery Portfolio in planning and executing all maintenance and minor capital field work across Water Supply, Sewerage, Drainage and Catchments for Melbourne Water.
The Group Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting the effective and efficient delivery of the group by providing comprehensive administrative support to the General Manager and Direct Reports.
- Coordinate the preparation of Group Program and/or Work Plans, including financial, administrative, and customerservice related activities.
- Support group reporting to ensure group performance and timeline targets are met
- Providing highlevel, confidential administrative support to the GM and Direct Reports.
- Assist with projectrelated tasks and general administration as required.

- Ability to plan and manage large teambased events.
- You have excellent communication skills with a strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Highly developed organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities within strict timelines.
- You have experience in coordinating work programs and ensuring adherence to key timelines.
- Demonstrated attention to detail, ideally in a customeroriented role.
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion in handling information.
