Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients in the commercial real estate, architectural, and interior design industries.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and logistics, to ensure the smooth delivery of products and services.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay uptodate with industry trends in both furniture and commercial real estate, as well as the architectural and interior design industries.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to ensure mutual profitability.
  • Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Requirements:


  • At least 5 years of experience in sales or account management, with a specific focus on commercial real estate clients.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth in the commercial real estate industry.
  • Strong networks in Commercial Real Estate, and architectural and interior design industries.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the commercial real estate, architectural, and interior design industries.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel within the Asia Pacific region as needed.
