About the Role

- Located in our Melbourne CBD office
As the Customer Relationship Specialist, you will manage a range of administration and organisational tasks to support the State manager in the day-to-day operational functions for the branch retail network.
As this is a hands-on role, you will enjoy developing and maintaining strong relationships with our internal and external customers.
Day to day your key responsibilities will consist of:- Diary management
- Strong IT skills
- Reporting functions using excel
- General administration duties
- Strong focus on compliance

You will be a passionate, high performing operator who consistently delivers, by demonstrating:
