Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to member inquiries promptly and professionally
- Required to make outbound call when necessary to update members
- Address member concerns and complaints, and ensure timely resolution
- Assist with membership renewals and upgrades
- Conduct membership retention activities and identify opportunities for upselling
- Utilize call center software and systems to efficiently manage member interactions
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve member issues and improve overall member experience
- Conduct eligibility checks
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months of experience working in a call center environment preferable
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work hybrid (remote and inoffice) after 3 months of training 4 days home
- Background in banking or finance is an added bonus
