Permanent Opportunity - Start in April

- $60,000k + Super

Responsibilities:


  • Answer incoming calls and respond to member inquiries promptly and professionally
  • Required to make outbound call when necessary to update members
  • Address member concerns and complaints, and ensure timely resolution
  • Assist with membership renewals and upgrades
  • Conduct membership retention activities and identify opportunities for upselling
  • Utilize call center software and systems to efficiently manage member interactions
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve member issues and improve overall member experience
  • Conduct eligibility checks

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 months of experience working in a call center environment preferable
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work hybrid (remote and inoffice) after 3 months of training 4 days home
  • Background in banking or finance is an added bonus
