The Role:

The Marketing Manager role is an individual contributor role, no people management but this may change to leading a small team in the future.

This is a role that is focused on customer retention and most of their success comes from EDMs.

The position reports to the Senior Marketing Manager and you will support the annual and quarterly customer lifecycle marketing strategies specific to customer retention to ensure all targets are met within the allocated budgets.

You will lead the development and implementation of automation strategies and programs, and work collaboratively with others across the broader team and organisation.

This is a two-year contract initially however the likelihood of ongoing or moving to a more senior role in that time is highly likely.
