About the Role

The Project Planner is accountable to the Senior Project Planner for the development and maintenance of project schedules for the delivery of our program within the approved scope, time, and cost utilizing the best practice knowledge.


The Project Planner will be assigned to work with Project Delivery Team to maintain project schedules and support the project team to achieve its goals.


The purpose of the role is to:

  • Assist Senior Project Planner in the implementation of sound project planning/scheduling system
  • Be responsible for developing and updating project schedules of the delivery program
  • Support project teams in all aspects of project scheduling
  • Contribute to contract administration regarding time impact of variations and delays
  • Assist Senior Project Planner in performance measurement of the projects
  • Prepare projects progress reports

Requirements:


  • Degree qualified
  • Experience in Project Scheduling and associated critical path
analysis across large and complex programs utilizing Primavera P6
software - construction industry experience

  • Intermediate experience as a Project Planner across large and complex
programs with extensive Primavera P6 skills

  • Development and maintenance of complex schedules, together with
critical path analysis

  • Reporting of status, deliverable progress, deviations from the baseline
schedules

  • Working knowledge of problemsolving, risk identification, and analytical thinking
  • Renewable Power industry and EPC experience would be an
advantage
