As an experienced hospitality professional, you will be accountable for creating amazing client experiences and developing positive relationships with our stakeholders.
Key Duties:
- Firmly making your mark on the business; building and leveraging positive customer and client relationships to achieve our partnership objectives
- Provide exceptional leadership to get the best out of every team member by listening, coaching, supporting and developing them to optimise their performance.
- Effectively oversee all in house catering and guests service operations including but not limited to; boardroom catering, concierge, functions and events, ensuring they are performing to the highest brand standards and that there is a constant focus on innovation and development
- Commercial performance including adherence to budgets, proactive management of operational costs, management of safety outcomes and improved employee capability and engagement
The Person:
- A demonstrated background within fine dining management roles or a similar corporate environment with commitment to quality and innovation, creating a positive and engaging workplace culture and a showing a genuine passion for delivering market leading and on trend food and beverage experiences
- Strong and effective leadership skills as well as the ability to support, motivate, effectively manage, and communicate with individuals from diverse backgrounds
- A positive, supportive and ambitious leader style, with experience in carrying out personal development plans, staff training sessions and appraisals
- Strong financial and analytical skills in developing budgets and allocating appropriate resources to ensure a sustainable & profitable business
