Essential requirements

  • A proven sales background of meeting or exceeding KPIs
  • Availability for occasional Saturday work
  • A current unrestricted driver's licence and your own reliable vehicle
  • Confidence to drive a small Company van/minibus when required.

The role in a nutshell

Enjoy an exciting mix of being out in the community meeting stakeholders, running events, and doing admin from your desk at your local hearing centre.

You are the face of an Australian iconic brand, and there is a lot of trust placed in you to represent and promote that brand, as you:

  • Build relationships with community groups, aged care facilities, pharmacies and other stakeholders
  • Through these networks, book a pipeline of hearing screening events
  • Run the events and screen individuals for signs of aidable loss
  • Book appointments for those at risk and conduct followup care calls
  • Meet with local GPs and health providers, educating them on solutions and raising brand awareness to develop ongoing referral sources
  • Meet your quarterly KPIs for events, bookings and referrals
  • Maintain accurate records of results in your CRM
  • Work alongside some truly awesome people both locally and nationwide
This permanent full-time role is based in Newcastle and supports the local area with regular travel required
