Top Cut Foods is Australia's specialist butcher, with several locations across Australia and Asia. What we are looking for
This role will be providing support to the owner of the business and each day can be different.

Your role will involve organising video conferences and events as well as performing day-to-day Personal Assistant duties such a diary management, arranging meetings, booking travel, processing expenses, invoices and preparing documentation/reports.

You will also be expected to support a highly collaborative wider team with any ad hoc requests. We are looking for a dynamic, energetic, and efficient assistant to help manage relationships with our top tier clients.


You will be committed to being exceptional in helping the owner to be organised and efficient in their work and home lives.

You will be self-motivated and highly organised, ready to find solutions to problems that arise on a daily basis, with no job too big or too small.

Anything from picking his lunch to overseeing management of the Directors' personal property portfolios.


Tasks and responsibilities:

Manage variety of matters - primarily work and some personal matters

Work across multiple businesses

Ability to take ownership of certain projects and help drive results as a project coordinator

Committed to helping the owner make the most efficient and productive use of their time

Calendar management

Schedule and travel management (including overseas travel management)

Financial spreadsheets

General Administration and Accounting tasks as required


Skills and experience required:

Having worked for a CEO/MD/Partner as a PA or EA

At least 5 years' experience working within an office/business environment

Somebody who has pride in what they do, and loves being organised and helping others

Great organisational skills and attention to detail

Strong Computer skills with Microsoft Suite, a high level of Excel knowledge is required

Is pro-active to identify needs in advance

Great communicator (both written and oral) and great with people

Great at systems and following up to verify and clarify business project progress

An ability to deal with difficult situations

Flexible and adaptable to needs

Salary package is dependent on experience / skills.
