    Description

    JOB SUMMARY

    • A junior Field Service Engineer is needed for cutting-edge technology in the Radio Pharma imaging space, in QLD.
    • Great opportunity to work with a company making a difference in the healthcare sector.
    • Occasional interstate travel required.
    • Role includes repairing, servicing, and installing equipment within NSW.
    • Collaborate with ANZ customers and field service manager.
    • Supportive and hands-on National Services Manager with over 10 years of experience.

    THE ROLE

    • Perform installations and repairs on hospital instrumentation.
    • Collaborate with customer service team and field service manager.
    • Handle RMA tracking and provide progress reports.
    • Requires occasional interstate travel and physical demands.
    • Contribute to a dynamic team environment and develop customer relationships.

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Prior experience in a field service role within the medical device industry.
    • Experience with instrumentation and software systems essential.
    • Must hold a Restricted Electrical license.
    • Knowledge of TGA and Medsafe regulations.
