Executive Assistant to CEO

About the role
You will provide executive-level administration support, and collaborate and work closely across the broader team, supporting the CEO for a well-known youth charity in Greater Western Sydney.
- Schedule and coordinate a busy calendar and inbox for the CEO, including internal and external meetings, travel and accommodation arrangements as required.
- Manage the flow of information from a variety of stakeholders discreetly and confidentially, and, escalating as necessary to ensure the CEO's schedule is prioritised appropriately.
- Assist with preparation and distribution of relevant papers and reports.
- Provide endtoend Board meeting support; arranging logistics, agenda preparation, meeting attendance and minuting as well as action item distribution.
Essential Requirements
- Technologically savvy with an intermediate advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Previous experience in a similar executive support role with experience in supporting Board meetings is a musthave.
- Have a collaborative working style while maintaining a high level of confidentiality.
- Outcomes focused and strong experience in meeting deadlines and demands.
- Demonstrated experience displaying confidentiality and professionalism.
