About the role:

We have a permanent full-time position available to join our diverse and collaborative team onsite at Slade Pharmacy, Richmond. This is an amazing opportunity to step up into a leadership role.

Gain the chance to work in a diverse and well-renowned hospital while leading the technician team, ensuring optimal patient care and customer service delivery through supporting, planning and motivating the team.

In this role you'll:

Ensure delivery of efficient pharmacy services through supervision and management of staff, including allocation of duties, managing rosters, and coordination of workload
Develop and review procedures to improve service delivery
Support inventory management systems to ensure appropriate operational and financial control
Ensure efficient dispensing and billing systems and management of owing scripts
Assist in collecting and reporting pharmacy KPI's
Assist staff when required in the delivery of pharmacy services

About you:

We are seeking a passionate individual who has strong time management and organisational skills.

You will also have a proven ability to deliver a high standard of customer service while being able to lead a fast-paced team.

_Requirements:
_

Relevant work experience as a Pharmacy Technician
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
Hospital experience desired.
