The Role:


The role will be based in a call centre and you will be responsible for providing assistance and support to customers over the phone.

You will handle customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns, and work to resolve issues quickly and effectively. You will need to be confident using computers and be able to work across multiple screens.


Your core responsibilities would include:


  • Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating them to higher management when necessary
  • Work to performance targets and goals
  • Continuously improve your skills through training and development
  • Maintain excellent attention to detail in data entry
  • General administration tasks as directed by your team leader

About you:


  • Previous experience in data entry/administration desirable
  • Previous experience in an Inbound/Outbound call centre desirable
  • A natural ability to build rapport and excellent customer service skills
  • Thrive in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
