The role will be based in a call centre and you will be responsible for providing assistance and support to customers over the phone.
Your core responsibilities would include:
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating them to higher management when necessary
- Work to performance targets and goals
- Continuously improve your skills through training and development
- Maintain excellent attention to detail in data entry
- General administration tasks as directed by your team leader

About you:
- Previous experience in data entry/administration desirable
- Previous experience in an Inbound/Outbound call centre desirable
- A natural ability to build rapport and excellent customer service skills
- Thrive in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
