About the Company
Davidson Technology are currently supporting a large enterprise-level client that provides cutting-edge solutions to major clients.

We are seeking a Technology Risk and Compliance Manager for a 6 month initial contract, with a daily rate of up to $1000 including superannuation.

About the Role
You will be responsible for direct control of security owned controls and compliance obligations.

You will lead oversight governance of first line of defense teams and their roles in monitoring, analysing, executing security governance controls.

You will manage internal and external audits end to end, being the technology authoritative source and focal point whilst ensuring relevant artefacts are provided in a timely manner

You will develop a strong working relationship with IT functional teams and business stakeholders to ensure baseline security requirements are met and assets remain protected within these functional areas and escalated where non-compliance exists.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will be able to demonstrate:

Extensive experience in risk management in complex technology environments
Expert knowledge of a range of industry cyber security standards including including NIST, Essential 8, ISO27000 and PCI DSS
Strong prior experience managing security teams at a technical and personal management level
Experience providing cybersecurity education, training and awareness
Strong communication, organisational and activity management skills
Demonstrated experience managing risk activities across the project life cycle and a strong understanding of contemporary security treatments
CISSP, CISA certifications and/or similar industry certifications
