As a Admin Assistant you must have time management skills, an ability to multi-task, meet deadlines and be organised.

Customer service skills is a plus since part of your role requires you to communicate to clients over the phone.

You will also have an opportunity to play an essential part of the growth of our firm.

Crystal Migration was established in May 2019 in Sydney by Founder and Director, Ruslan Ahmadzai (Ross).

Our mission is to provide clients with a one stop shop immigration service, yet ensure that each client receives a personalised service depending on the clients' individual needs.

Our firm is growing rapidly, and we are looking for a new team member to join our dynamic team.

Our main services include, but are not limited to:

  • Immigration consultancy, advisory and solutions for both individual and corporate clients
  • Permanent Residency and Citizenship pathways
  • Expatriation of foreign nationals (Global Mobility Services)
  • Monitoring, Auditing and Compliance
  • Judicial and AAT representation in migration matters
  • Ad hoc Immigration services including advisory services for employers as well as visa applicants
  • Strategic global mobility solutions
  • CPDs tailored to Migration Professionals, as part of Crystal Migration Training

Position requirements:


  • Previous experience as an Admin Assistant (preferred)
  • Ability to navigate through paperless technology

Your role will involve:


  • Assisting migration agents/solicitors with daytoday operations of files/client management/administrative tasks including updating client database
  • Communicating with relevant bodies
  • Managing renewals of licenses
  • Paying office bills
  • Be the first point of contact for clients and answering enquiries
  • Coordinating with clients
  • Following up on enquiries
  • Managing meetings on Zoom platform
  • Contributing to the growth of the business through constructive feedback and value adding
  • Support the Management in their admin tasks

$50,000.00 per year
