About the role:

The Lawyer Construction will be responsible for the provision of legal advice and services on front end and back end construction and maintenance of water infrastructure for Unitywater.

Ensuring high quality, succinct, practical, solution focused legal advice and services.

This is a maximum term, full time opportunity (14 months).

Innovation, you will demonstrate the following skills and qualities for the role:

Bachelor of Laws
Hold a current Legal Practicing Certificate pursuant to the Legal Profession Act 200
Experience in construction matters.
Ability and experience in the provision of legal advice on complex and sensitive commercial/construction litigation.
High level written, interpersonal and negotiation skills, and personal qualities of excellence in the delivery of legal service, displaying tact, integrity and discretion.
Clear and precise drafting of legal documents
Clear, concise, and plain English written and verbal communication style
A collaborative attitude.
