Retail Compliance and Efficiency Analyst
Chevron Australia Products has an exciting, opportunity for an Associate Compliance & Efficiency Analyst role to join the Sales Programs & Competency team.
Responsibilities for the position include, but are not limited to:
- Partner with COCO operations to drive profit improvement with specific focus on shop costs/margins, shrinkage/waste, stock optimisation & other controllable expenses at sites.
- Design strategies to maximise labour efficiency by analysing current businesses processes with a view to simplification.
- Assist in the development & ongoing management of compliance/audit programs to ensure Chevron meets its obligations across Retail and COCO.
- Develop, implement & manage a desktop COCO a controls program focused on cash handling, wet & dry stock controls including stock takes & variance investigations.
- Support the Sale Support Team to establish & maintain a highperformance culture which encourages continuous improvement through identifying opportunities & solutions to improve service delivery to relevant stakeholders.
Knowledge, skills and experience:
- Advanced Microsoft Excel Skills
- A proven ability to organise and adapt to a dynamic workload, operate effectively under pressure, meet deadlines, and preserve the confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Ability to develop productive working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders
- Ability to collaborate, consult and share information credibly with different parts of an organization
- Previous Fuel Retailer experience desirable but not essential
