The role?

An opportunity has arisen for a Tenders, Proposals & Multimedia Coordinato to join our team in Henderson Perth reporting to the Tenders and Proposals Manager.

You will coordinate and assist in the management of prequalification's, tender preparation documentation, lead and support others with incoming proposals, proposal administration and other coordination and administration duties as required.

Additionally, you will be required to develop and cultivate relationships with internal clients and functional areas.


To be successful in the role we are seeking someone who has the following skills:

  • 2-5 years' experience in a similar role.
  • You are highly organised and efficient when dealing with multiple tasks.
  • Experience in creating graphic images and content for proposals and submissions.
  • Producing content for SharePoint News and Announcements
  • You have an agile mind and the ability to respond effectively and meet short turnaround deadlines.
  • You are experienced in Microsoft Office and graphic design skills are an advantage.
  • Most importantly you are a team player who also enjoys having independent tasks and responsibilities.
Salary is dependent on experience and ranges from $85,000 plus super.
