Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilise the ADDIE model throughout the instructional design process.
- Conduct Learning Needs Analysis with stakeholders to identify priorities and performance gaps.
- Manage workstreams or small projects within transformational change programs related to learning.
- Implement structured change management methodologies to facilitate acceptance of change and desired culture.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify learning requirements through consultation and relationship building.
- Support the maintenance and review of current learning materials and processes associated with the learning and capability function.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Instructional Design and adult learning methodologies.
- Strong ability to conduct Learning Needs Analysis and gather relevant data.
- Proficiency in managing workstreams within transformational change programs.
- Excellent communication and relationshipbuilding skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience in supporting the maintenance and review of learning materials and processes.
