About the role
BaptistCare George Forbes House are recruiting for a
full-time Admin Officer/Coordinator for a
fixed-term maternity leave contract. You will be responsible for the delivery of administrative functions for our aged care home.

You can develop genuine connections with the people you help.

This role will be required
Monday to Friday from
8.30am-4.36pm until 17 May 2023 with the possibility of contract extension, you must be comfortable wearing a face mask throughout the day.


About You
The successful applicant will be friendly and approachable, willing to help and open to trying something new

  • Previous experience in office administration desirable
  • You are a team player, enjoy interacting with elderly people
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Competent computer skills in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Great customer service with ability to perform tasks with mínimal supervision
