About the role at Splend


The Delivery Specialist role will sit in our Haberfield Hub and is responsible for delivering a best in a class customer service as well as creating unforgettable experiences when presenting our customers with a brand new vehicle.

Along with

  • Performing customer onboarding tasks, including inspections of the vehicles
  • Providing information around servicing and upgrading
  • Organizing vehicle exchanges for customers upgrading
  • Providing ongoing guidance and support to our customers on how to become more profitable and to maintain a higher driver rating.

Seniority

Junior - A role for someone with some basic skills, good motivation and ability to learn. Typically 1-2 years of experience is required.


Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and prioritize relationships with key stakeholders to achieve specific goals
  • Account Retention and Expansion

Salary:
$60, $120,000.00 per year
