Milestone IT is currently working with this brilliant organization who right now has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Project support officer/Scheduler to join a great team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinating/scheduling technicians and contractors on a regular basis
- Providing support to senior project executives on project status reporting
- Adherence to the policies and procedures
- Updating notes and document control for the project
- Liaising with project stakeholders regarding task/activity/milestone statutes
- Provide general support to Project Managers in the delivery of the project
- Maintain, update and communicate status reporting as required with key stakeholder groups across the organization and project
- Liaising with clients, internal staff, trades, and suppliers
- Updating internal systems and client portals.
Skills we are looking for:
- Having strong administration skills
- Having strong budgeting and finance skills
- Having strong attention to detail
- Having experience in Healthcare would be an advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
- A willingness to learn with a cando positive attitude
- The ability to develop a working project management plan
- Have good communication skills
- Excellent organizational skill with the ability to judge priorities and deadlines
- Initiative and problemsolving ability in a fastpaced environment
- Ability to work autonomously and part of a team
- Professionally presented and has a high level of written and verbal communication
