Enermech are currently seeking a QHSE Coordinator for a permanent role based in our Henderson office.
Reporting directly to the Regional QHSE Manager, you will be responsible for providing functional Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental administrative support and coordination to the Corporate QHSE team.
Key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- This is an extremely varied role and will suit an individual who can demonstrate strong attention to detail and deadline management
- Produce high quality, accurate and timely reports
- Coordinate and track all workers compensation claims
- Coordinate QHSE Administration work and staff to ensure all deadlines are met
- Super user for internal QHSE systems; Event Reporting System and Management System's Document Library
- Use and comply with the Company's systems, processes and tools challenge and improve our management systems, processes and tools.
- Prepare and communicate QHSE Communications in conjunction with the QHSE team
- Encourage collaboration and sharing across the organisation communicate information, seek feedback and act accordingly.
- Actively promote and encourage continual improvement across the business
- Maintain the Company's Integrated Management System (IMS) provide IMS guidance, support and training as appropriate, ensuring changes are effectively managed and communicated throughout the business.

Skills and Experience
- Experience in an administrative role (ideally within QHSE).
- Proactive attitude and the ability to work well in a team
- Excellent Time Management & Organisation Skills
- Detail Oriented
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Ability to work across a wide range of tasks
- Very strong command of MS Office Suite including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook
- Ability to work autonomously to meet deadlines
