MediaForm is the market leader in commercial IT supplies and print solutions.

We are currently experiencing immense growth and are looking to expand our team with a full-time Help Desk Manager to be based in Sydney, NSW.


As a company MediaForm specialises in the Print & IT space delivering excellent service and solutions from all major vendors such as but not limited to HP, Samsung, Fuji Xerox, Lexmark and Brother to our business & corporate clients throughout Australia.

With offices in Sydney, Brisbane and Melbourne, MediaForm is looking to build a strong team of like-minded individuals to grow within the company and service our clients with their Print & IT needs and more.


Key responsibilities include:


  • Providing leadership to the Service Desk support team
  • Maintaining efficient operation of the service desk
  • Ensuring SLA's are met and establishing new SLA's
  • Enhancing processes, workflows and documentation for the service desk environment
  • Liaising with, and developing new print solutions for key customers
  • Overseeing the configuration of the system for each site
  • Providing advice on solutions for existing and new customers

Essential Criteria:


  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Highly motivated and 'solution' focused
  • Must be customer service orientated
  • Good time management skills
  • Knowledge of print technology, solutions/ Applications, and print deployment

AUSTRALIAN CITIZENS/PERMANENT RESIDENTS ONLY

Salary:
$45, $55,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • No weekends

Licence/Certification:

  • Australian Drivers Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

  • Australia (required)
