As they continue to grow, they are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager of Key Accounts to join the team and drive a key account management strategy within some of the most high-profile customers in the business.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Key Account Management:
Be hands on in developing and maintaing strong relationships with key clients to understand their business needs and objectives.
Act as the main point of contact for key accounts, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns promptly.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored packaging solutions that meet clients' requirements.
Strategic Planning:
Develop and implement strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and meet business objectives.
Identify new business opportunities within existing key accounts and strategize for account expansion.
Contract Negotiation:
Lead contract negotiations and renewals with key clients, ensuring favourable terms and conditions for both parties.
Work closely with the legal team to finalize and execute contracts.
Market Analysis:
Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions, providing insights and recommendations for business development.
Conduct regular market analysis to identify potential challenges and opportunities within the key accounts.
Team Collaboration:
Collaborate with the sales, marketing, procurement, and operational teams to align strategies and ensure a cohesive approach to client management.
Provide leadership and guidance to the customer service and sales support team, fostering a culture of excellence and customer-centricity - direct reports x5
