Description

The East meets West Programming Lead provides administrative, programming, and forward planning support for Melbourne Symphony Orchestra East meets West concerts in future seasons.

The role also has project oversight for the artistic delivery of East meets West concerts in the current season.

The role reports to the Head of Artistic Planning, but works closely with the wider Programming Team, and particularly with the Orchestra Library Manager and the Artistic Planning Manager.

The hours are flexible, may be spread throughout the year by agreement with the Head of Artistic Planning, and will equate to 14 weeks (70 days) work per annum, with 4-5 of these weeks designated as project delivery weeks.
