Do you have what it takes to become a Smartgroup Customer Resolutions Consultant?

Reporting to the Vehicle Sales manager, this role is a permanent full-time position and we are open to Sydney, Adelaide or Melbourne based applicants.

You'll be accountable for dispute resolution, complaints management and proactive customer engagement.
You'll be actively managing and resolving Australia Financial Complaints Authority (AFKA) complaints and will engage customers throughout the complaints resolution process.
You'll have the knowledge and experience of the AFKA complaints resolution methods and process.
You'll engage with our Quality Assurance function to raise issues and promote improvements.
You'll be proactively contacting customers through their set up journey, first pay following salary packaging and even milestones in the lease arrangement.
You'll support the QA function and report on individual and team outcomes.
