Do you have what it takes to become a Smartgroup Customer Resolutions Consultant?


Reporting to the Vehicle Sales manager, this role is a permanent full-time position and we are open to Sydney, Adelaide or Melbourne based applicants.


  • You'll be accountable for dispute resolution, complaints management and proactive customer engagement.
  • You'll be actively managing and resolving Australia Financial Complaints Authority (AFKA) complaints and will engage customers throughout the complaints resolution process.
  • You'll have the knowledge and experience of the AFKA complaints resolution methods and process.
  • You'll engage with our Quality Assurance function to raise issues and promote improvements.
  • You'll be proactively contacting customers through their set up journey, first pay following salary packaging and even milestones in the lease arrangement.
  • You'll support the QA function and report on individual and team outcomes.
