We're working with a leading healthcare organisation that is seeking a skilled and experienced Data & Analytics Lead to join their team.

This role is a pivotal hands-on role in providing strategic direction and expertise in the areas of data stewardship, integration, and reporting.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement data governance strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Lead data integration initiatives, including the design, development, and maintenance of data pipelines and workflows to support business operations and analytics.
Drive the development and delivery of robust reporting solutions, dashboards, and analytics tools to enable datadriven decisionmaking across the organization.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
Proven experience in data stewardship, data governance, and data management best practices.
Handson experience with data integration tools and technologies (e.g., ETL, data warehouses, data lakes).
Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and advanced analytics techniques.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
