We are looking for highly motivated and results driven Account Manager, experienced in Facilities Management or Cleaning, who will oversee multi-million dollar National contracts.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Create and maintain strong, positive relationships with all internal and external stakeholders
  • Act as the client's primary point of contact for requests, feedback and escalation of issues
  • Attend to all client requests and action appropriately, always providing excellent customer service
  • Maintain accurate, up to date client files and operational documentation, including suppliers/contractors licences, insurances, certifications etc.
  • Provide training on the use of the job management system to all users (clients, suppliers) and assist with any queries
  • Assist with the engagement of new contractors/ suppliers and provide appropriate onboarding, induction and training to ensure works are completed correctly within SLA's
  • Coordinate and schedule qualified contractors to FM/cleaning jobs, ensuring all job details are captured in the job management system, and invoices are correct and accurately processed
  • Work closely with Accounts to process invoices and rectify any accounts/ invoice enquiries
  • Assist in developing monthly client reports including other reports/ documentation as required
  • Attend regular client meetings and site visits
  • Work closely with the Senior Management by completing ad hoc/ administrative tasks as required
  • Find any new business opportunities to assist in the growth of the business

Salary:
$70, $80,000.00 per year
