The Insights Manager will support data-driven decision-making and strategic planning within the organisation.

You will work closely with various teams, including finance, operations, and executive leadership, to gather and analyse data and provide insights that contribute to the company's success.


Key Responsibilities:


Insights & Data Analysis:


  • Utilize advanced statistical techniques and data visualization tools to uncover insights and trends.
  • Collect, clean, and transform raw data from various sources into actionable information.
  • Implement data visualization techniques to communicate complex financial information effectively.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to provide insights that support strategic decisionmaking.
  • Contribute to the development of business strategies based on datadriven recommendations.

Continuous Learning and Industry Knowledge:


  • Stay updated on market dynamics and emerging trends that could impact the business.
  • Stay uptodate with the latest industry trends, financial regulations, and BI tools and techniques.

Skills & Responsibilities Required:


  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in data analysis, and business intelligence.
  • Advanced proficiency with BI and data warehouse platforms (e.g., Power BI, SQL).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey findings and recommendations to diverse audiences.
  • Detailoriented with a focus on data accuracy and reliability.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and liaise effectively with stakeholders.
