Eastern suburb location - infrastructure project site office- Part time, 3 days per week

Company:
Highly regarded business working on one of Victoria's large infrastructure projects. Working from a site office in the East, supporting the Project Delivery Team.
The role:
This is a part time 3 day per week position, starting in August and running through until January is likely.
What will you be responsible for?
- Prepare reports and presentations
- Coordinate meetings and take minutes
- Coordinate staff events, workshops, lunch and learns etc
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities
- Analyse data
What will you need to succeed?
- Strong administration experience in a large business or supporting a large team
- Have supported at senior management level
- Rail or Construction experience highly regarded
- Advanced IT skills, including Word, Excel and Powerpoint
- Data analysis and reporting capability
- Strong organisation skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Can work in a fast paced environment
