With a stellar reputation for excellence, our experienced practice manager, who boasts over 8 years in the industry, ensures the smooth operation of the clinic. Their adept management skills extend to overseeing our strong and cohesive nursing team, fostering a collaborative atmosphere where everyone works together seamlessly.
Our state-of-the-art facilities include a modern ultrasound machine (18 months old), dental and general x-ray equipment, two consult rooms, a separate sterile surgery area, and distinct cat and dog wards. With a cozy tea room at the back of the clinic, our staff can unwind in a welcoming environment. The thriving Craigieburn community, coupled with our co-location with Petbarn, creates a unique setting where clients are willing to invest more in the health and well-being of their pets.
Job Description
As the Veterinary Director, you would be responsible for overseeing the overall clinical operations of the practice, including managing the veterinary team, ensuring excellent patient care, and maintaining strong client relationships. Additionally, you would have the opportunity to take on business leadership roles and contribute to the growth and development of the clinic, taking it to the next era of veterinary medicine.

Using evidence-based diagnoses, therapies and recommended courses of treatment, you are empowered to manage your cases while being supported by emergency and after-hours hospitals, which means that we are able to offer overnight care to our patients and easy patient referrals, to avoid placing additional stress on our team and to ensure that a healthy work-life balance is maintained.
Qualifications
This role is best suited to a Veterinarian with at least 4 years practical experience. Clinical leadership and management skills desired but not essential as we will mentor you
To be considered for this role, you must hold a Veterinary Science qualifications from a university accredited by the Australasian Veterinary Boards' Council (AVBC) and/or have completed NAVLE, AVE or alike examinations. For further information, please refer to
