- Act as first point of contact to internal and external customers and provide effective and professional frontline service (be the face of the business)
- Answering calls, taking messages and directing calls appropriately
- Complete daily banking
- Assist with administrative processes to support the business
- Manage, update and maintain their databases
- Filing and collating Company documents
- Setting up board room for meetings
- Inward outward mail
- In return they will teach you
- ATO correspondence
- ASIC correspondence
- ATO lodgement
- Have good data entry skills and understand the Microsoft Suite
- Bright bubbly personality and keen to learn
- Happy to work Monday to Friday Office based
- Have experience working in a chartered accounting firm or within the professional services industry
- Have strong communication skills
- Be organised and have good time management skills
- Be professional in presentation and able to provide a positive image of the company you are representing
- Desirable would be to have ATO Mate, How Now and Xero XPM experience
