About the role


To provide a senior level of administrative support and secretarial services to the Director's by coordinating, managing and assisting with administrative, professional and personnel functions that affect the Unit.

The position requires the occupant to undertake a range of multi-faceted functions including the monitoring and reporting of financial expenditure, investigating anomalies, supervising staff, coordinating clerical work flow and the day-to-day administrative functions of the office, and liaising and communicating effectively with support services.


We are looking for someone who has
***- Previous experience in a similar role/position at a senior administrative assistant level.

  • Demonstrated understanding of the need to maintain confidentiality and privacy at the highest possible level.

About working for SLHD

All NSW Health workers are required to have completed a primary course (2 doses) of a Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) approved or recognised COVID-19 vaccine (except for the Janssen COVID-19 vaccine which is approved by the TGA as a single dose primary course).
