We have a great opportunity for a Logistics Specialist to join our team based at VIC, NSW or QLD Reporting to the National Process Excellence and CI Manager, this role is responsible to partner site leadership team, helping to identify and drive improvement opportunities, maintain core Engineered Standards, oversee the WMS from a super user perspective, Support L&D and drive change with the operational teams.
What you'll do
Maintain Site Core Engineered Standards activities and reports
Lead and facilitate LEAN/process improvement-based workshops (e.g. 5Why's, 5S, GEMBA walks, Kaizen, Rapid Improvement) to drive ideas and solutions
Influence change within DC managers, supervisors, and Operational Teams
Primary Link between States and National for improvement initiatives
Identify and deliver service improvement activity across the business
Support supervisors to develop and implement a problem solving and continuous improvement culture
Identify trends and process variations as part of establishing a continuous improvement monitoring system across all sites
Lead the development and implementation of a 'best-in-class' continuous improvement strategy / framework across supply chain
To take shared ownership of change initiatives with area managers, through to project delivery
Drive improvements to the WMS system from a Super-User approach

Proven leadership, influencing, and communication skills
Builds Site strategic working relationships at all levels
A results-oriented, continuous improvement mindset
Robust problem solving and analytical skills, adept at finding and implementing solutions,
Strong teaching and knowledge transfer skills
Knowledge of Warehouse operational systems, WMS/Voice Picking and engineered Standards
Experience implementing Lean and Problem Solving Techniques
