The Opportunity

In line with our growth, we are currently recruiting for a Resource Coordinator.

This is a newly created role designed to support our Construction Manager with the coordination of the HV Electrician team and day to day administration tasks.

This is an interesting and varied role, no two days will be the same


You will be responsible for a variety of tasks including:

  • Assistance in preparation of documents/reports
  • Coordinate project resourcing requirements
  • Calendar management
  • Understanding our Enterprise Agreement and being the go to for all questions relating to it
  • Project administration
  • Assist with training coordination
  • Management of leave requests
  • Attend relevant meetings and prepare meeting minutes where required
  • Quality assurance/document auditing
  • Assist with vehicle requests & allocations
  • General adhoc administrative tasks

Skills and Experiences:

About You


To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • Experience working in a similar role (engineering or construction industry experience highly advantageous)
  • Advanced user in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • High organisation and time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Adaptable, willing to take on new tasks and show initiativeWhy Join Us?
