The Position:
***The Strategic Advisor, School Reform Outcomes and Reporting leads the development of schools strategy that measures, analyses and communicates the impact of investment and reform on student outcomes, and assesses national and international evidence on school and student improvement.
Reporting to the Secretary, this role includes significant responsibility for collaborating, influencing and negotiating across the department and key departmental stakeholders requiring a senior and highly experienced executive.
This role:
- Leads the develop of evidencebased strategy that analyses and communicates the impact of schools reform and investment, as well as informing future priorities
- Provides high level strategic and operational advice to the Secretary and Minister
- Develops and maintain effective networks and relationships with internal stakeholders within DE, the Victorian Government, external stakeholders and the Victorian community to maximise outcomes for Victorian learners
- Works closely with key functions and groups across the Department to draw on, enhance and amplify existing work, data and analsysis to tell the school reform story in Victoria.
