The position
We have a rare and exciting opportunity for a Logistics Manager to join our team.

You will oversee the Transport function of the Victorian site, as well as provide data, reporting and onsite support for rerouting and routing optimisation.

You will also ensure that the site is serviced and supported from a Logistics perspective as well as ensuring stock levels are at a level that allows the Warehouse to service customers.


You will also:

  • Determine risk management compliance to ensure operational risks are effectively managed
  • Drive a culture of safety first
  • Develop and implement a 'fit for purpose' operating model for logistics requirements
  • Manage labour costs through workforce planning
  • Ensure the fleet is managed in accordance with Fleet Safety First requirements
  • Some intra city travel will be required to other sites

Your skills and experience

  • Extensive experience in lean logistics management
  • Proven experience in leading and managing people
  • Preferred logistics and operations experience
  • Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and licensing requirements
