Are you a dynamic leader ready to take on a pivotal role in a thriving retail environment? We are looking for a Retail Assistant Manager for our Warner's Bay Store who can drive sales, manage operations, and inspire a high-performing team.


Key Responsibilities:


Sales Excellence:


  • Drive incremental sales improvements across retail, trade, and design channels.
  • Meet and exceed store operating profit budgets.

Operational Efficiency:


  • Oversee retail operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in all activities.
  • Stay updated on the latest products and offers to maximize sales opportunities.

Team Management:


  • Manage rosters within budgetary guidelines.
  • Minimize loss and monitor controllable expenses.

Leadership and Coaching:


  • Optimize the team's performance through coaching and timely feedback.
  • Develop teams through recruitment, coaching, and training.

Store Standards:


  • Ensure visually appealing merchandise displays with layouts completed on time.
  • Monitor and lead actions to maintain Workplace Health and Safety.
