We are currently seeking experienced and reliable Traffic Controllers to join our team on a labour hire basis in Melbourne.


As a Traffic Controller, you will be responsible for directing traffic in a safe and efficient manner, ensuring the safety of workers and the general public.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Directing traffic in accordance with traffic management plans
  • Setting up and dismantling roadwork sites as required
  • Monitoring traffic flow and adjusting traffic control measures as necessary
  • Communicating effectively with coworkers, supervisors and the public
  • Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations

Key Requirements:

  • Current Traffic Control /management ticket
  • White card
  • Previous experience working as a Traffic Controller
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and nights
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transport
