We continue to experience growth and are seeking a Team Assistant to join the Business Advisory team in the Brisbane office.

In this role you will enjoy providing a high level of administrative support to senior leadership across the team and contribute to the efficient delivery of exceptional client service.

Setting up and managing client matter files, including entering receipts and payments and setting up payments on online banking platforms
Preparing and dispatching standard letters related to client matters and retrieving correspondence and records.
Undertaking regular bank reconciliations for client matter files and preparing fees, fee adjustments, and write-offs.

Providing general administration support to the Directors and Insolvency & Reconstruction business unit, including general administration tasks and development/maintenance of standard templates.

Performing other general office and client matter administration duties as required, such as filing, copying, scanning, saving documents, archiving.

About the role

Skills and Experiences:

About you

Demonstrated office administration experience (experience within the professional services industry and/or a Chartered Accounting firm will be highly regarded)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and well developed computer literacy
High level of attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
A collaborative approach to teamwork and the ability to build strong relationships with relevant stakeholders

A driven individual, who has a genuine desire to help people and a focus on exceeding your personal, as well as the wider teams' goals.
